A new report from Transparency International has claimed that Sub-Saharan Africa is home to the most corrupt countries in the world. I totally don't agree with these findings as Africa is not doing business in isolation of the world. If the spotlight is going to be on corrupt African countries, it must also shinning equally as severely on Africa's corruption partners. Thoughts?
